In the website example, management runs month to month and your site stays live while you subscribe. Code ownership transfers after 12 months, or earlier with a buyout. New features, extra pages, and work beyond the update allowance are quoted separately, with allowances, third-party costs, and start or stop dates in your proposal. Partner-led engagements state their own terms.
